From time to time some of Thomas' friends are retired from service. Some items can also be hard to find. We have listed those that are retired for your information.
We may be lucky and sometimes have some rare or retired items in stock so please feel free to browse.
The items are new in box unless stated. Some have prices on them, which may have been applicable at the time of their original purchase in the year they were manufactured, or country they were released in, and these labels have not been removed although that value is no longer applicable.
Note that most are in original packaging which may be in a worn or tattered condition depending on each item. If the item is used or unboxed it should say in the description.
We may limit the amount of any one item you can purchase through this section, as we want the maximum amount of customers to benefit.
Any collector wanting to sell their rare items on consignment, or swap them for current stock, can contact us on admin@toottoottoys.com.au there are many young customers keen to obtain these items. Toy shops who want to sell their old stock to us can also contact us on that email address.
Depending on where the items were sourced, the prices in this section may vary quite a bit.
Note: in 2011 many of the Thomas wooden railway vehicles are not going to be readily available in Australia. Some may be re-released in packs, but many are "retiring". How long they are unavailable in Australia is unknown. We recommend you ensure your favourites are purchased first, to ensure supply :)
