Toot Toot Toys "In Stock" Guarantee - Suspended. 15% bonus on your order if we say we have it in stock but then tell you we don't. Due to our Open Days and Sale we are suspending this guarantee until further notice. We cannot update the stock levels as quickly as we sell the items onsite.  We will endeavour to keep the stock levels accurate in the interim, but will not offer the 15% bonus, until they are updated. We apologise for any disappointment.

Don't be fooled by on-line stores that claim to have everything in stock.
(HINT: Try ordering 100,000 of one product and see what happens).

Here's how our "In Stock" Guarantee works

• You place an order online
• We contact you to say - "Sorry, an item you ordered is out of stock"
• You get your money back for the ‘out of stock' item (of course) PLUS
• We give you a 15% bonus*

Terms & Conditions

1. ‘In Stock Guarantee' only applies to confirmed orders placed through toottoottoys.com.au that have been issued with an invoice number. (Not phone orders - as stock could be sold whilst the order is being taken down.)
2. 15% bonus applies to the value of order item not in stock excluding any applicable delivery charge and will be applied as a credit to the customer's Toot Toot Toys account only.
3. A refund for ‘out of stock' item will be provided by the same method used for payment, eg. credit card refund or funds transfer to customer's nominated bank account for the value of the ‘out of stock' item OR an additional credit for the value of the ‘out of stock' item can be provided to the customer's Toot Toot Toys account. The customer can choose.
4. This guarantee does not apply to those items marked as "back orders", or wholesale/commercial quantity orders. It is for consumers and not resellers.
