As we actually keep our stock in the warehouse, most orders are usually dispatched same day or next day after order payment is finalised.
Around Christmas, this may be change slightly. If you need an item by a particular date, please put it in the special delivery section, so that we can contact you if we feel it won't make it by that date.
All Deliveries within Australia are carried out by Australia Post using the regular parcel postal service or a variety of other couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery, due to having no control over the actual carriers, but we always do our best to facilitate prompt delivery.
Some large products will not be delivered to Tasmania, NT or WA for the above delivery charge.

Express Delivery
If you would like express delivery a minimum charge of $25.00* will be made. Please contact us for final pricing and delivery details. *An additional delivery charge may apply once shipping is confirmed. You will be contacted prior to dispatch if any other charge is required.
Cash on Delivery
Your order will be dispatched to the Post Office nearest your delivery address where it can be collected on payment of

Please note: Cash on Delivery may be more expensive. For orders paid by any payment option other than COD (eg; credit card) the delivery charge of $4.50 Australia-wide for orders up to $15.00 and for orders over $15.00 our regular delivery charge to Victoria ($7.95), New South Wales ($9.95), ACT ($9.95), South Australia ($9.95) and Queensland ($10.95) will be lower than the $9.75 plus postage for COD.
The item MUST be collected and signed for at a POST OFFICE - No street delivery available.
Only applicable for goods not too large for Australia Post. We will contact you if they need to be couriered, in which case this payment & delivery option will not be available.
Free Pick-Up
You can pick up your order free of charge from our warehouse at Unit 5 / 417-419 Warrigal Road, Cheltenham between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) or by appointment. You may choose to pay by EFTPOS when you pick up if you decide to use this option. As we keep all our stock on site, collections can be made that afternoon (if placed in the morning), or the next day if placed at night. Unpaid orders will only be held for up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of order. Paid orders will be held indefinately.
When coming to the warehouse, we are located behind two buildings on Warrigal rd.
Kingston Digital Print (Yellow building) and Brakes Plus (Green Building). Access to us - is from the driveway between the two.

International Deliveries
Unfortunately we no longer deliver outside Australia. We do however have many customers from overseas ship to Australian friends, or their hotel when they come to Australia. International customers often order and pay online and collect at the warehouse when they are in Melbourne on holidays.
Insurance
As Toot Toot Toys does not accept responsibility for goods after they have been dispatched our customers should consider taking out insurance. Please contact us for details and costs.
Immediate Shipping
We have a large range of stock at hand and can in most cases ship same day or next of your order payment. If we do not have an item in stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery.
