As we actually keep our stock in the warehouse, most orders are usually dispatched same working day or next working day after order payment is finalised.
NOTE: If we take PREORDERS for selected items. Your order will not be shipped until all items are in stock.
All Deliveries within Australia are carried out by Australia Post using the regular parcel postal service or a variety of other couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery, due to having no control over the actual carriers, but we always do our best to facilitate prompt delivery. We do put limited tracking on each delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time (Check auspost.com.au for estimated delivery times from our postage point postcode for Bentleigh 3204 and the destination selected).
Some large products will not be delivered to Tasmania, NT or WA for the above delivery charge. eg. playtables

Express Delivery
If you would like express delivery a minimum charge of $25.00* will be made. Please contact us for final pricing and delivery details. *An additional delivery charge may apply once shipping is confirmed. You will be contacted prior to dispatch if any other charge is required.
Free Pick-Up
You can pick up your order free of charge from our store at 553 Centre rd, Bentleigh, Vic, 3204 (near Tucker rd - opposite Jeffrey st)
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) Saturdays 10am - 4pm. You may choose to pay by EFTPOS when you pick up if you decide to use this option. As we keep all our stock on site, collections can be made that afternoon (if placed in the morning), or the next day if placed at night. Unpaid orders will only be held for up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of order. Paid orders will be held indefinately. (During December and January see our opening times on our contact us page as we work different hours).

International Deliveries
- Limited to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom
- PayPal is only accepted payment method
- Non-refundable administration charge $20 (noted on order as shipping), plus the actual delivery charges to your country - this additional amount will be requested via paypal.
We only charge you the delivery fee, that it costs us to send the item to you - but it is expensive from the bottom of the world.
We have re-introduced delivery outside Australia on a limited basis to New Zealand, USA and the United Kingdom. Previously many potential customers have found the cost of delivery was too expensive. (See examples below as a guide before proceeding with your order)
The only payment method accepted is PayPal and a $20 fee is charged to cover the costs associated with preparing the delivery quote and is not refundable if the order is cancelled.
The $20 will be deducted from the actual cost of delivery should the customer confirm delivery, by payment of the additional delivery costs as requested via the paypal request.
In the event the order is not proceeded the value of order, excluding the $20 administration charge, will be refunded. Tracking of your order is available for an additional $5, and will be automatically included in the delivery fee unless you specify not to have tracking when you order.

Insurance
As Toot Toot Toys does not accept responsibility for goods after they have been dispatched our customers should consider taking out insurance. Please contact us for details and costs.
Usually insurance is an additional $1-2 per $100 value on Australian deliveries and a minimum $9 for the first $100 value for overseas orders. We cannot insure express post items, Australia post do not permit it.
Immediate Shipping
We have a large range of stock at hand and can in most cases ship same day or next of your order payment. If we do not have an item in stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery.
