7 ways to pay
All Payment information should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions
Whilst we do have a secure payment system, you can also be comforted by the fact we publish our address and have an actual warehouse. Customers who are wary about shopping online, should be careful when dealing with websites that do not have easily traceability eg. Po boxes only or mobile phone numbers as their only contact. We want all customers who shop online, whatever the item, to shop with reputable websites, and be confident in their security.
Credit Card
Our preferred payment option is to pay with Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners Club due to the higher merchant fees.
Credit Card payments can be made via our secure web site. You can also place a phone order on 1300 TOOT TOOT and pass your details over the phone.
We use DirectOne to provide real-time, secure credit card payments.

Cheque
All cheques should be made out to

Australia along with your order and contact details. Goods will be delivered once the payment has been cleared. Usually 5-7 working days.
Money Order
We accept Australia Post Money Orders. Simply send the Money Order made out to

Cheltenham VIC 3192
Australia along with your order and contact details. Goods will be shipped once the payment has been cleared. Usually same day (subject to stock availability).
Funds Transfer
You can make your payment directly to the Toot Toot Toys bank account. This option is generally available using Internet banking, telephone banking or at your local ANZ branch.
Please quote your Customer Reference to enable us to confirm your payment. (Your reference number is 13 digits long, as some banks only accept 8 the last 8 digits are satisfactory - or you can use your Surname.)
Once you have obtained your reference number forward it to us (see contact us) including your order and contact details.
As soon as funds are cleared we will deliver your order (Please note it can take up to 48 hours for your payment to show in our bank account depending on your bank).

Customers who have a receipt for their transfer eg. internet transfers, can fax their receipt to 03 9555 1877 to facilitate faster dispatch of their order. All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.
Due to the increase in the number of fraudulent orders using Funds Transfer as a payment method, orders will NOT be prepared for shipping awaiting payment UNLESS a valid phone number has been provided and verified. We may call you prior to preparing the order to clarify the order details. Goods will not be allocated to Funds Transfers until that verification has been done, and therefore, our out of stock guarantee no longer applies to Funds Transfer orders until we have verified them by telephone.

Pay in person using EFTPOS

If you choose Free Pick Up you can pay in person using EFTPOS - Pay using your cheque account, savings account or credit card.
We DO NOT KEEP CASH ON THE PREMISES, so if you want to pay by cash, you have to have the correct money. No change kept onsite.
WE CAN ONLY HOLD UNPAID ORDERS , FOR UP TO 7 DAYS, IF YOU WANT TO GUARANTEE THE ORDER IS HELD FOR LONGER, JUST PAY AT TIME OF ORDERING. |
Cash on Delivery
This payment option is available for customers who do not want to pay using a credit card, cheque, money order, PayPal or electronic funds transfer.
Your order will be dispatched to the post office nearest your delivery address where it can be collected on payment at Australia Post (by cash or EFTPOS) of
- Actual cost of your order as specified on your invoice
- plus $9.75 Australia Post processing fee
- plus actual postage
The item MUST be collected and signed for at a POST OFFICE - No street delivery.
Please note: Cash on Delivery may be more expensive. For orders paid by any payment option other than COD (eg; credit card) the delivery charge of $4.50 Australia-wide for orders up to $15.00 and for orders over $15.00 our regular delivery charge to Victoria ($7.95), New South Wales ($9.95), ACT ($9.95), South Australia ($9.95) and Queensland ($10.95) will be lower than the $9.75 plus postage for COD.
Only applicable for goods not too large for Australia Post. We will contact you if they need to be couriered, in which case this payment & delivery option will not be available.
