Our refunds and returns policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

Returns policy

You may return any faulty goods at our cost within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to make relevant arrangements.

You may return any goods that you have changed your mind about*, at your cost, as long as the goods are unopened and the packaging still in good condition, within 14 days of receipt. You may request a refund, exchange or gift voucher.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used or, in the case of direct debit to the same account that the payment was made. In the case of Money Orders or cheques the refund will be sent to the PURCHASER by way of cheque.
