Twice I have phoned this company not only do they have great customer service & the knowledge of all products that they have in store, whats new & no longer available. I was also told truth's on products that shouldn't be purchased because they are faulty. My son could not be happier both times my orders were delivered within 2 days of ordering, it was like Christmas. Postage is cheap, we had 22 carriages, track & playsets all for 1 low postage fee. I'm over the moon & will shop here again. Thankyou - I recommend you to any mum needing to buy Thomas.

I must say that I never dealt with a company as customer focussed as yours.

You had great product knowledge and answered all the questions I had in regards to the track rider, kept in contact with me when the item was being sent from Melbourne to Sydney letting me know what was happening, and even when there was a small problem with the item (not any fault of yours but in the packaging) dealt with it promptly and professionally asking the suppliers to contact me. The email was sent Saturday and on Sunday there was an email from you and Monday morning Learning Curve was on the phone.

I would just like to thank you for the amazing customer service and delivery.

I emailed on Saturday asking if my order had been despatched as I don't think I completed the ordering process correctly. I didn't expect an answer until Monday but was so surprised to see an answer arrive immediately. That was the first surprise.

Then, I placed my order again and was happy to pay the higher delivery charges as I needed it in a hurry but no, I was told it would only cost $ 7.50. That was my second surprise.

Then, what, there's more. I wasn't in my office yesterday but apparently my delivery arrived. I just couldn't believe it when I arrived to see it sitting there this morning.
