How do I shop?

We provide you with a shopping cart in which you place the products you wish to order. Simply click "Add to Cart" button when you find the product you are wanting to purchase.  If you change your mind you can always remove an item later.

When you have completed your order click on "Your Cart" at the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to our checkout where you will make your payment and complete details necessary for us to send your order

What if I receive the wrong merchandise?

If you receive the wrong merchandise or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days so we can rectify the situation.

How do I redeem my Toot Toot Toys Gift Certificate?

As we have recently transitioned to a new website, please contact us to redeem any old gift certificates.

What restrictions apply to Gift Certificates?

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months.

Do I need to Login to place an order?

No. Creating a Logon Username and Password to log onto Toot Toot Toys is up to you. There is nothing stopping you from placing an order and making a payment without logging into the shop.

However, we recommend that you create a Username and Password for Toot Toot Toys which will enable you to check the details of your order after you have confirmed it and hear about specials and new products (if you so choose). It will also save you the time of entering in your details every time you shop with us.

Can I order by Phone?

We do not offer over-the-phone transactions. However we are able to put items on hold for a maximum of 7 days.

Can I pay by Cheque?

Yes. Please note that when paying by cheque, the order cannot be shipped until the cheque has cleared. (Usually 5-7 working days)


I'm buying a gift and I don't want the invoice sent with the gift. What do I do?

We do not include invoices in our boxes when packing, so you don't need to do anything! Invoices are emailed only.

Can I lay-by an order?

We have a limited lay-by service available in store only. Please call us for further information. Please note that we are not able to lay-by any LEGO products.

What do I do if my package is damaged by Australia Post in shipping?

Australia Post does not accept responsibility if the package is damaged in shipping unless the package has been insured.

What if I decide to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping. Send an email to if you wish to cancel an order. If an order has been shipped, you must contact us for to obtain a refund. (See our Returns Policy).

When will I be charged for my order?

For items in stock you will be charged for your order immediately.

If an item is pre-order, we process at the time of ordering.

If the order contains a mixture of these two categories we will contact you to agree delivery and payment arrangements.

Can I alter/cancel my order?

You may alter or cancel your order at anytime until your order is dispatched.

The above does not apply for any products not normally in stock that have been specially ordered.

Shopping online with Toot Toot Toys uses industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) utilising up to 256 bit encryption to protect all order transactions.  This means that information such as credit card details are protected by the same encryption technology used by financial institutions and major retailers.
